A flight log for people who fly
Your personal
flight passport.
AIROPASS keeps a private record of every flight you take — the route, the airline, the aircraft, the seat — and turns it into the numbers behind your travelling life.
Every flight, kept
and counted.
Log a flight in under a minute. Airports, airlines and aircraft are built in, and distance and duration are worked out for you.
Search a route by airport code, city or name. Airline, flight number, aircraft type, registration, seat and cabin all autocomplete.
Great-circle distance and an estimated block time appear as soon as both airports are set — in kilometres or miles.
Hours aloft, total distance, times around the Earth, countries visited, and rankings of your most flown airlines, aircraft and airports.
Filter by year, cabin or long haul, and search the whole log by airport, airline or flight number.
Attach a memory to any flight — who you flew with, what the approach looked like, why the trip mattered.
Export the whole log as CSV whenever you like, and delete your account and its data from inside the app.
Open Airopass at the gate and tap the centre button.
Route, airline, aircraft, seat. The rest is calculated.
Your passport grows with every flight you take.
The small print

Privacy policy
Airopass is a flight log. The only reason we hold any data is to show your log back to you on the devices you use. We do not sell it, rent it, or use it to advertise to you.
What we collect
Account details you give us — your name and email address, and a password stored only as a salted hash. Flight entries you create: dates, airports, airlines, flight numbers, aircraft, registrations, seats, cabins and your notes. Preferences such as units, time format and appearance. Basic technical data needed to run the service: app version, device type and operating-system version.
What we do not collect
We do not track your location, read your contacts, photos, calendar or mail, and we do not scan your inbox for booking confirmations. Airopass contains no advertising networks and no third-party analytics or attribution SDKs.
Why we hold it
To create and secure your account, to store and sync your flight log, to calculate your statistics, and to fix problems you report. That is the whole list. We do not build profiles and we do not make automated decisions about you.
Who else sees it
Nobody, except the infrastructure providers that host the service on our behalf, under contract and only to keep it running. We share data with authorities only where the law requires it. We never sell personal data and there is no advertising partner in the picture.
How long we keep it
For as long as your account exists. Delete your account from Profile and your flights, notes and profile are erased from live systems, with backups cycling out within 30 days.
Your choices
You can see and edit everything in the app, export your whole log as CSV, correct anything wrong, and delete your account and data. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to object to processing, restrict it, or complain to your data-protection regulator. Ask us and we will help rather than argue.
Security
Traffic is encrypted in transit, passwords are hashed, and access to production data is limited to those who need it to operate the service. No system is perfect; if a breach ever affects you we will tell you and the relevant regulator promptly.
Children
Airopass is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has created an account, write to us and we will remove it.
If this policy changes materially we will say so in the app and update the date above. Questions about your data go to hello@techwedia.com.
Terms of use
By creating an account or using Airopass you agree to what follows. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Your account
Give accurate details, keep your password to yourself, and take responsibility for what happens under your account. Tell us if you think someone else has access to it.
Your content stays yours
Your flights and notes belong to you. You grant us only the narrow permission needed to store, back up and display them to you. We do not use your content to train anything or to promote the app.
Fair use
Do not break the law with Airopass, do not try to breach or overload it, do not scrape or resell its data, and do not reverse engineer or redistribute the app except where the law says you may.
Not an official record
Distances and durations are estimates calculated from airport coordinates; airport, airline and aircraft references may be incomplete or out of date. Airopass is a personal keepsake — not a logbook for aviation licensing, not a source for insurance, tax or immigration claims, and not a substitute for your airline's own records.
Availability and changes
We improve the app continuously, so features may change or be withdrawn. We try to keep the service up but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot bear to lose — that is what CSV export is for.
Price
Airopass is free to use today. Should paid features ever appear, existing free functionality will be described clearly before anything is charged, and purchases are handled by the app store you bought them through, under its refund rules.
Ending it
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that abuses the service or endangers other users, and will tell you why where we can.
Liability and law
The app is provided as is, to the extent the law allows, and we are not liable for indirect losses or for decisions taken on the basis of estimated figures. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and its courts have jurisdiction.
