The short version. AIROPASS stores the account you create and the flights you record. Nothing else. There is no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and no third party receives your data. You can export everything as a spreadsheet or delete all of it permanently, both from inside the app.

The app requests no device permissions at all.
If you sign in with Apple, we receive an identifier and — only the first time, and only if you allow it — your name and email. Choosing to hide your email gives us a relay address, which works fine; we never need your real one.
To give you your flight history and the statistics built from it. That is the product. We do not profile you, sell anything, or share your data with anyone. The only automated email we send is a password reset or an address verification, when you ask for one.
On our own server, in a MySQL database. Every request between the app and that server is encrypted with HTTPS. Your API token is held in your device's keychain, not in ordinary storage.
Until you delete it. Your history is meant to last for years — that is the point of a passport — so nothing expires on its own.

AIROPASS is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
If this policy changes in a way that affects you, we will say so in the app before it takes effect. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
