AIROPASS is a personal flight logbook. You record the flights you have taken and it turns them into your travel history.
It is not a live flight tracker. AIROPASS holds no schedule, status or booking data, and connects to no aviation service. Every flight in it is one you entered yourself.
You need an account, and you are responsible for keeping access to it secure. Tell us at amir@techwedia.com if you believe someone else has it. One account is for one person.
Your flights and notes remain yours. We store and display them so the app can work, and we do not use them for anything else. Do not use the notes field for anything unlawful or for someone else's personal information.
Distance is a great-circle calculation between two airports — the path a flight actually takes is longer. Where you have not recorded departure and arrival times, duration is estimated from that distance and shown as an estimate. Neither figure is schedule data, and neither should be relied on for anything that matters, such as a claim, a tax filing or a frequent-flyer dispute.
Airport, airline and aircraft details come from public datasets. We try to keep them accurate but cannot guarantee it. Tell us about anything wrong and we will fix it.
We aim to keep AIROPASS running and backed up, but it is provided as is, without warranty. We are not liable for lost data or for anything you relied on the app for. Export your history from time to time if it matters to you — the app makes that a single tap.
You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Account and security, which removes everything permanently. We may suspend an account that is being used to abuse the service or other people.
If these terms change materially, we will say so in the app before the change takes effect. Continuing to use AIROPASS afterwards means you accept the new terms.
